In order to win significant contracts with major clients, quite reasonably those clients are demanding ever-higher standards from their contractors. It used to be that an 'ACC Tertiary' qualification was sufficient but more and more clients are seeking evidence of companies meeting higher standards; such as AS/NZS 4801 and  OHSAS 18001.

Graham worked closely with the Company's National H & S Manager to establish a baseline of compliance. By liaising with the Certifying Body, Graham was able to conduct a 'Gap Analysis' and formulate a detailed, chronological Action Plan for the H & S Manager and his staff to follow.

The subsequent certifying audit was passed with 'flying colours' and the achievement of this Standard was recognised as contributing to the H & S Manager winning the prestigious 'Health & Safety Practitioner of the Year' for 2012.
